What country are you from and where do you live?
I live in France, in Biarritz in the south west on the Atlantic but I share between Paris and Krakow in Poland.
Title of what you do and what company you work with?
Since 2010 I have been a freelance hairdresser and Artistic Director of Mk Production, a company that has existed since 2015. I do shows, masterclasses and shoot coaching.
What is your signature style/artistic expression to your work?
It’s always very difficult to define my style…
I love when a woman is naturally sophisticated. That is to say a style that is affirmed with a very feminine look. I also love pure beauties with almost nothing… free and healthy hair.
I like beauty in general and create different styles. I like the expression before Garde, the “no limit” style, but always very poetic with a lots of fragility. I like breaks, contrasts, but always with a lot of sweetness.
Do you have a career turning point or big break that has helped your career?
Ten years ago I stopped working in a salon. I had a desire for something else and to take a different direction. I wanted to move on even more. I traveled more and met hairdressers from several countries and for me it was a great wealth … artistic and human.
What was your scariest and proudest moment in your career?
I really didn’t have a very scary moment but rather very impressive one at a show in Colombia. There was 3,000 people present. One of my best moments is my victory in the very honorary and important competition AIPP. But also my first show in Japan I when I was just twenty years old.
What is next for your career goals?
My main goal today is training, sharing my knowledge and discovering new talents. This mission is very important to me.
What advice would you give to someone starting out in your business?
The only advice I would give is to train well, share ideas, share knowledge to grow again and again.
