Inspired by Flow, Defined by Discipline
The concept behind LAMINAR draws from the idea of uninterrupted movement, hair that flows with direction and intent rather than excess. This philosophy guided every creative decision, from silhouette and finish to color and texture. The result is a collection that feels quiet yet commanding, contemporary yet timeless.
Styling with Structure and Movement
To bring this vision to life, Lane relied on milk_shake Lifestyling products to sculpt and control the hair without compromising fluidity. The goal was never stiffness, but discipline, looks that hold their form while remaining soft, modern, and editorial.

A Muted, Editorial Color Story
Color in LAMINAR is deliberately understated. The palette features soft blondes, refined neutrals, and gentle pastels designed to enhance shape rather than overpower it. “Everything is considered, quiet, and modern,” Lane notes, allowing silhouette and structure to lead the narrative.
Working from a foundation of clean blondes and softened base tones, Lane used milk_shake The Gloss range to enhance luminosity without masking natural dimension. The sheer, controlled pigmentation delivers exceptional shine, allowing light to move seamlessly across the hair.
