These visual signatures, captured in stark monochrome portraits, reveal haircuts that are both technically masterful and editorially forward: tight crops, structural bobs, modern pixies, and statement shapes that reimagine traditional notions of balance and beauty. Silhouette comes alive through the collective expertise of the HOB Creative Team:
Akin Konizi, Nestor Sanchez-Gomez, Elijah Hourrides, Jake Unger, Brad Baker, Jake Simmonds and Chloe Buckler are winners of the Artistic Team of the Year title for both 2024 and 2025. The exceptional visuals were crafted with make-up artist John Christopher and photographer Richard Miles, whose collaboration reinforced the collection’s graphic intensity.

The British Hairdressing Awards, sponsored by Schwarzkopf Professional, saw the HOB Creative Team retain their Artistic Team of the Year title for 2025, securing their fifth win in the category. The event took place at London’s Grosvenor House Hotel, where the team accepted their award before an audience of over 1,500 industry peers, influencers, and international press. Hosted by Rylan Clark, the evening underscored the enduring prestige of the BHAs as a global benchmark for excellence in hair artistry.

Taking to the stage, Konizi shared:
